    The reputation and demand of Padma Hilsa in Bangladesh are all over the world. The taste of Padma Hilsa is many times more than other Hilsa fish. Today I will show you the spicy mustard bata hilsa recipe with Padma hilsa fish.


Ingredients

    Hilsa fish- 1

    2 cups of -chopped onion

    Hot green chilies -10

    2 tablespoons of- mustard

    Mustard oil - 1/4 cup

    Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

    Ginger - 1 teaspoon

    Water -1 / 2 cup

    Salt



Instructions

    1. First you have to cut and wash the hilsa fish. Then the fish should be fried with salt and turmeric.

    2. Secondly, onion, green chili, mustard should be blended together.

    3. At this stage mustard oil should be given in the frying pan. It should be peeled with chopped onion. You have to give an adequate amount of salt, turmeric, ginger paste. If the onion is well roasted, it should be given with water.

    4. Now when the masala boils a little, you have to give the lightly fried fish. Now cover and cook for 10 minutes.
