Ingredients:

    Ripe mango -2     pour milk-1.5cup     sugar -3 tbsp     cornflour -3tbsp     malai-3tbsp     bread-10pcs     biscuits-10pcs     garnish with chocolate & nuts

Instant Mango Malai Cake Recipe

Instructions:

    Ripe mango -2     Peel Mango     Chopped mango pieces     Grind chopped mango pieces     Mango puree ready     In a pan pour milk-1.5cup first     sugar -3 tbsp

    now let the milk come to a boil     cornflour -3tbsp     mix well     stirring continuously     cook until it has a much thicker consistency     malai-3tbsp

    let it cool down, add mango puree to it and whisk it well     evenly pour mixture over these bread layers     

    on top of this, add another layer of biscuits     on top of this, add another layer of mango cream     garnish with chocolate, nuts shavings     refrigerate for about 1-2 hours
