    2 cups of -pumpkin
    1 cup of -sugar
    1 -egg
    2 teaspoons- East
    3 cups of -flour
    1 cup of -almond powder
    1 teaspoon of -ghee



    First, you need a ripe sweet pumpkin. Sweet pumpkin peel should be discarded. Then you have to cut it into small pieces.




Secondly, the sweet pumpkin should be steamed. Then you have to blend the sweet pumpkin.




    When blending sweet pumpkin, you have to add 1 cup of sugar and an egg.




    Sweet pumpkin puree should be activated with 2 teaspoons of yeast.





    At this stage, you have to take 3 cups of flour in a pot and make a very good dough with the activated pumpkin puree and almond powder. Cover for half an hour to be well fermented. Then you have to prepare it for steaming or baking in small balls.





    This cake can be made in two ways. First I showed it by steaming like a very sponge and tasty.
